At Audlem & District Bowling Club, we love celebrating our members, matches, events, and social occasions. Photography and video help us share the fun, document achievements, and promote the club within the community.

We take privacy seriously and follow all UK data protection laws (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018). Photos and videos are used under the lawful basis of legitimate interests, which means that people attending club events can reasonably expect to be photographed for club purposes.

How we respect your privacy:

• We avoid publishing images that could cause embarrassment or distress.

• Members or guests who prefer not to appear in photos or videos can simply let a committee member know, and we will ensure their wishes are respected.

• Images may appear on our website, social media, newsletters, and local publications.
